Payment Information

All prices listed are in SGD Nett. We currently only accept payment through Paypal, PayNow and Bank Transfer. Do email us directly if you want to make a PO or payment through other methods at [email protected].

Shipping Information

Additional charge of $10 apply for delivery by courier in Singapore, FREE shipping for orders above $60. Shipping to U.S.A only through FEDEX.

We ship internationally too through Air Courier or Registered Mail (select on Checkout), do contact us for larger orders. All shipping taxes after shipment will be borne by customer for overseas orders.

Return and Refund Policy

We will provide one-to-one refund within 14 days for items with manufacturing defects. Do inform us within this period if you require more time to return the item.

We will provide full refund for items which do not work as described or if defective items are out of stock beyond a reasonable amount of time. Do ensure that the items fit your requirements/specs/connectivity/form-factor/etc before purchasing. Do contact us if you are unsure.

Items are provided as-is and no additional support will be provided once the purchase is complete. Do feel free to contact us for additional paid consultation.
